Isabella Cimbala, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Isabella Cimbala Therapy

Isabella is a Licensed Master Social Worker and therapist who does in person and in online sessions in Austin, Texas. Isabella takes an assessment-based approach, tailoring therapy to you—not a one-size-fits-all method. Early sessions will consist of getting to know your history, personality, and the unique ways you’ve learned to cope. From there, she'll choose tools and techniques that fit your specific needs and preferences. For some people, that might mean structured strategies for managing anxiety. For others, it’s slowing down and exploring deeper emotions that haven’t had space to surface.
